we currently have a brand new opportunity a Service Contracts & Compliance Officer to join our Property team
based in Glasgow, the Property Management Team provide a full maintenance service to Bield’s property portfolio across Scotland

the successful candidate will ensure the delivery of efficient and fully compliant Service Maintenance & Compliance contract services for all assets; reviewing and monitoring policy and procedure practices, procuring and maintaining contracts, monitoring their performance and co-ordinating any actions necessary
