chef de partie required
working closely with suppliers and using the best of the Scottish larder, to create seasonal brasserie style food
you will have knowledge of HACCP as well as experience in stock control and ordering
the Scotch Malt Whisky Society Queen Street is located within Edinburgh’s elegant New Town
our traditional Georgian venue dates back to 1821 and still holds the original features of the house
you will be working with our talented chefs who are all passionate about using fresh seasonal produce whilst developing and training their team
you will be a creative and quality driven individual, responsible for running a section, maintaining a small concise menu of seasonal snacks, classics and gastro style dishes and desserts as well as assisting with our private functions and fine-dining menus
