Responsibility
- oversee all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation in a busy restaurant environment
- create and develop new menu items and specials
- ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- train and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements
- proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
- extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- creativity and innovation in menu development
- attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality food
