Responsibility
- attending Interventions in schools, youth justice centres, prisons, and corporate events with The Safety Box Facilitators
- recording testimonials from pupils, prison officers, police officers, teachers, and professionals on what they think of our interventions using a Dictaphone
- to comply with GDPR regulations and safeguarding policies to keep the identity of clients confidential
- formatting and creating content for monthly newsletters
- weekly update work timetable using Outlook calendar to synchronise and schedule interventions and events with management and staff
- taking detailed notes during the session, to capture how we are making an impact on young people. This will be used for Impact Reports to submit to grant funders and to develop our case study write ups
- taking video content and photographs with a Cannon, or equivalent DSLR camera, to capture images of the work The Safety Box are doing to impact the lives of young people
- to assist our Social Media Content Writer in creating posts using creative software such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Kapwing and Pixel Editor
