- provide excellent customer service by answering incoming emails responding to customer inquiries from mulitple sales platforms
- assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability via email
- process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- work with other team members and Depts to ensure customer satisfaction
- work with domestic and international couriers to progress customer's orders, usually via email
- follow through from start to finish delivery company claims for lost or damaged parcels
- raising supplier invoices
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- good time management skills to prioritise tasks
- previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- good organisational skills
