Responsibility
- our role is to achieve planning permission/listed building consent for all sorts of projects including tourism, agriculture, equestrian, domestic and business
- we also deal with enforcement matters
- we have some in house design and work with a range of architects/designers
- the job we are hoping to fill might suit a technician with a good level of knowledge or a qualified planner
- we are a niche planning practice with a passion for the environment dealing with a range of mostly rural and listed building planning projects
- once the client has contacted and employed us, and we have assessed the planning policy issues it is our job to steer them as comfortably as possible through the process including liaison with ecologists, engineers, landscape architects and drainage engineers and barristers, to name but a few
- being a small business we need someone who is flexible and likes variety and most of all enjoys their work combined with an interest in rural affairs
