Responsibility

  • head Chef
  • to be aware of and adhere to the Club Rules and Bye Laws at all times
  • to be aware of Health and Safety Legislation in respect of Members, guests and staff
  • and of Fire Policy, and evacuation procedure
  • your personal appearance is always to a high Club standard
  • to ensure all surfaces are cleaned down thoroughly after service
  • to carry out any reasonable requests as required by the chef on duty
  • to carry out any cleaning as advised by the M.D.R. Manager and Banqueting Manager, and adhere to the cleaning rota
