- we are looking for someone that in time can take charge of the whole kitchen as a lead chef
- NO early mornings, NO split shifts, NO late nights. Hours would be 8.30am-5.30pm
- must be avaliable weekends. Days we are looking for would be Wednesday-Sunday but could be flexible on this
- looking for a experienced chef to join our team in a busy garden centre restaurant. We are a family run business with a small friendly team
- all of our food is homemade onsite so we would be looking for someone who could do this and add their own ideas to the restaurant too
- job role would include being responsible for stock rotation, stock management, ordering, menu input, day to day food service, meal preparation, health and safety, hygiene practices, cleaning rotas for kitchen team
