Responsibility
- responsible for drinks/cocktail menu and production, stock control and ordering and ensuring high standards of customer service
- candidate MUST be experienced in bar service and cocktail making and have a good knowledge of all drinks and perfect serve
- restaurant waiting experience is an advantage
- previous experience ESSENTIAL
- managing up to 12 staff, we are looking for an experienced Bar and restaurant Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the business
- previous experience of managing staff is an advantage as well as ensuring the highest standards or customer service, quality delivery and cleanliness
- job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- full time position available working 4 or 5 days per week, including weekends, minimum of 30 hours but up to 40+ hours per week during busy periods if required
