Responsibility
- assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
- stock and organize supplies in the kitchen
- follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- previous experience working in a hotel, hospitality, or restaurant kitchen is preferred but not required
- basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
