THE REFLEXOLOGY PLACE is looking for employees for positions:
duty manager
Responsibility
- lead the reconciliation and monitoring of all monies at the theatre bar, reception and box office
- train, monitor and reskill staff on our point-of-sale system
- sign-off the cashing up process and ensure that discrepancies are resolved
- ensure that all cash and PDQ information is secured at the end of the shift
- ensure that all statutory guidance for health and safety, food hygiene and emergency procedures are complied with
- complete an end of shift report that gives accurate and important information to the Visitor Services Management team and other key members of staff
- act as first point of call for any operational issues, for example, lift operation issues
Contract type
- this is a casual contract
- working hours will vary according to the theatre programme. Hours are scheduled appropriately to meet the needs of the business
- staff must make themselves available for a minimum of six shifts per working month, two of which should fall on a weekend
- the Place will endeavour to agree your working hours with you ideally one month in advance, however due to the nature and flexibility of this arrangement we may call upon you to cover at shorter notice
