Requirements
- IRPM, ARLA qualification, or equivalent
- knowledge and experience with Qube, HubSpot, or Fixflo
- proven experience in a customer-focused, residential lettings manager/property manager, or hospitality environment
- commitment to customer care, property services, and managing landlord-customer relationships
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- experience with ICT packages, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- lettings/Property Management/Building Manager: 2 years
Responsibility
- conduct internal and external communal inspections and maintain inspection reports
- address anti-social behaviour concerns in accordance with company policies as and when
- undertake other duties as reasonably requested
- ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of communal areas including contractor management
- oversee the letting and offer process, conduct viewings, and manage multiple offers
- report near misses and incidents in accordance with company health and safety procedures
- handle dilapidations and deposit deductions following check-out inspections
- conduct market research to stay informed about local trends and market rents
