- to assist in the organisation of student folders and documents on-site
- responsible for the filing of paperwork, archiving and storage of confidential documents
- where necessary, placing orders for supplies, stationary, equipment etc. for the programme
- composing and sending letters and other means of communication to learners, parents and other agencies/professionals
- registering learners for and ordering exams through the exam boards e.g. AQA, NCFE etc
- liaising with the National Business Administrator and Finance & Recruitment Manager about any bookkeeping and spending queries
- where necessary, booking maintenance checks for the programmes. E.g. boiler servicing, fire equipment checks etc
