- chef required for our town centre pub. Comfortable and stylish with an extensive outdoor area we serve food 11am-6pm daily
- its a small kitchen so with the other Chefs and Kitchen Porters its about teamwork
- confidence in working the pass and corners on your own is preferred
- knowledge of food hygiene and cook safe procedures, stock ordering when required are also essential
- our kitchen closes at 6pm so its great hours for a work life balance
- this role would suit a Commis or Chef d Partie who has experience of working in a pub kitchen - knowledge of basic recipes and the ability to prepare and cook home made favourites such such as Burgers, Steak Pie, Fajitas etc are essential
- our kitchen is closed Christmas Day and New Years Day
- working an average of 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including weekends. Earliest start will be 9am and latest finish will normally be 7pm depending on the days of the week
