• experience of executing successful marketing campaigns, digital marketing and lead nurturing is desirable
• flexibility of approach, including a willingness to cover on reception at times, would also be an advantage
• we really value continuity of care which has been possible as many of our team members have been with us for many years
• this means that the care and concern for our patients that we display is of equal importance to the high quality of the treatments we provide
• salary is negotiable depending on experience, within a range of £29,000-£32,000 per annum, pro-rated
• our team is consequently like a family, so we are looking for someone that is cheerful, caring, efficient and who is a real team player
• we do not currently have a practice manager, and we see the role initially being one day a week, with the potential to grow and develop further over time
• given that the initial focus of the role will be managing the compliance aspects of the practice, it would be ideal for someone who has previous experience as a practice manager
