  • complete retail and catering tasks in a timely manner as directed by the Shop Manager
  • provide engaging learning and a safe working environment for Co-workers at all times
  • work alongside Co-workers in the shop and café
  • act as an advocate for people with disabilities in the shop by supporting Co-workers to complete work to a high standard, always exceeding expectations
  • support the Shop Manager by running a front of house retail and catering offering ensuring that Environmental Health, Trading Standards and safety standards are met at all times
