Responsibility
- manage and maintain an efficient and effective filing system for staff personnel files
- oversee and monitor spend against budget
- ensure adequate staff levels to cover for absences
- oversee and monitor the association’s accounts, with an annual turnover of circa £1.5m, ensuring accurate reporting and monthly reconciliation
- contribute to other activities as requested by the Chief Executive
- manage relationships with regular contractors
- ensure a safe and healthy working environment is in place for staff and visitors at head office, and for visitors at our training unit
- oversee our annual Health and Safety and ISO 9001 audits
