Responsibility
- manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- day to day control for all financial aspects of accounting function
- create monthly management reports & present to senior management team
- year end requirements and liaise with external accountant on statutory matters
- financial planning / forecasting / budgeting, preparation and monitoring
- protect our IP - liaise with solicitor to resolve any legal issues that may arise
- ensure that financial and operational practices are in line with all statutory legislation and regulations
- contribute to the development and daily implementation of company strategy, providing financial analysis on current activities & future plans, challenge assumptions and decision-making as appropriate
Requirements
- management
- ideally ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
