- you will be part of a dynamic team opening a new contemporary hotel in the centre of Oxford
- as an Assistant Restaurant Manager , you will oversee and direct the restaurant, leading and motivating the team
- you’ll also be responsible for the consistent delivery of the restaurants sales, while ensuring that profit targets are achieved and maximised
