Responsibility

  • to be the first point of contact for customer service calls and enquiries
  • to log and process software support queries received by telephone or email and to regularly update customers on the progress
  • general administrative duties including by not limited to; filing, printing, data entry and purchasing office supplies
  • generating inspection reports and sending them out to clients
  • to test our bespoke software for bugs. When bugs are found to document these and report them. Full in house training and shadowing will be provided

Requirements

  • extremely confident with customer service
  • excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • A positive telephone manner
  • accuracy and attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
  • flexibility and willingness to help with all tasks
  • previous administration experience would be advantageous, though full training will be provided.\
