THE PLASTIC SURGEON is looking for employees for positions:
- plastic Surgeon are the UK’s largest surface repair and restoration specialist
- we deliver our specialist repair services to the UK’s largest construction firms, house builders, insurers and homeowners nationwide
- we are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse and Manufacturing Team Leader to join our small friendly Head Office team
- day to Day supervision of the warehouse, production and assembly functions
- supervising order pickers, warehouse operatives and decanters
- creating work schedules for the team to ensure production levels meet the field engineers requirements
- this ranges from decanting paints and solvents, assembling repair kits, through to testing and refurbishing equipment
- managing Hazardous waste, recycling, general waste and WEEE collections
- dealing with your own caseload of insurance claims and being the point of contact for policy holders
- being responsible for the pivotal part of the customer journey regarding their insurance claim
- excellent telephone manner to be able to deal will all levels of policy holders and clients
- managing all aspects of the claim from start to finish
- respond to all policy holder enquiries received by telephone, email in a professional/friendly manner
- ability to work as part of the team and on your own initiative
- self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritise your workload
- ability to prioritise own workload
- completion of monthly stock checks
- any other duty requested

- salary of £22,000 pro rata
- be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and orders predominantly with existing customer base
- dealing with your own caseload of insurance claims and being the point of contact for policy holders
- excellent telephone manner to be able to deal will all levels of customers
- being responsible for the pivotal part of the customer journey regarding their insurance claim

- respond to all customer enquiries received by telephone, email, post or website in a timely fashion
- monitor credit limits and manage expectations of the customer and company sectors
- evaluate credit limits as necessary in line with spending patterns
- chasing overdue accounts by telephone and letter
- interrogate high levels of WIP and report to the senior management team
- maintain accurate and up to date customer details and account records including statements and invoices
- manage ledger to a target DSO
- respond promptly to both internal and external enquiries
- manage ledger to a targeted level of old debt
