  • managing Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
  • take minutes for monthly team meeting
  • stock processing: Checking deliveries, stock & discrepancies / arranging stock transfers between warehouses
  • monitor ongoing stock levels for re-ordering
  • general point of contact for UK office phone calls / messages / post / customer enquiries
  • responding to customer enquiries
