Requirements
- NVQ Level 4 or 5 Health and Social Care, with minimum 2 years experience as a deputy manager
- degree or equivalent Diploma in management/care homes/health services
- knowledge of CQC requirements and standards
- experience with learning disabilities in adults and knowledge of mental health
- care Home: 2 years
- planning rotas; activity schedules; appraisals; document filing systems ; proven to have made service improvements and ability to work on own initiative
- full range of office skills- IT skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of data protection and fully conversant with resident confidentiality. Honest and reliable
Responsibility
- the role will be assisting the Manager in the day to day running of the Home and will be able to run the home in the absence of the Manager
