Requirements
NVQ Level 4 or 5 Health and Social Care, with minimum 2 years experience as a deputy manager
degree or equivalent Diploma in management/care homes/health services
knowledge of CQC requirements and standards
experience with learning disabilities in adults and knowledge of mental health
care Home: 2 years
planning rotas; activity schedules; appraisals; document filing systems ; proven to have made service improvements and ability to work on own initiative
full range of office skills- IT skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of data protection and fully conversant with resident confidentiality. Honest and reliable
Responsibility
the role will be assisting the Manager in the day to day running of the Home and will be able to run the home in the absence of the Manager
