upstairs the townhouse hosts our tearooms and function rooms which fill the venue over busy weekends
the role itself involves preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within each section
assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
over the past 15 years the butterfly and the pig has brought a blend of quirkiness and traditional style to create on of the city's most memorable Gastropubs
situated in the basement of a georgian townhouse the bar/restaurant serves good homely fresh food cooked to traditional recipes everyday from 12-10pm
preparing meat, fish and vegetables to the in-house recipes for our signature dishes
central to the venues success has been the consistent high quality of the food offering which the kitchen team has delivered year after year
