- location – The butterfly and the pig, 151 Bath street, Glasgow, G2 4SQ Senoir Chef de partie
- upstairs the townhouse hosts our tearooms and function rooms which fill the venue over busy weekends
- the role itself involves preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within each section
- assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- over the past 15 years the butterfly and the pig has brought a blend of quirkiness and traditional style to create on of the city's most memorable Gastropubs
- situated in the basement of a georgian townhouse the bar/restaurant serves good homely fresh food cooked to traditional recipes everyday from 12-10pm
- preparing meat, fish and vegetables to the in-house recipes for our signature dishes
- central to the venues success has been the consistent high quality of the food offering which the kitchen team has delivered year after year
