Responsibility
- lead and motivate the shop team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service

Requirements
- proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential
- strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively
- excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- proficient in sales management techniques with a track record of achieving targets
- familiarity with administrative tasks related to retail operations is preferred
