Responsibility

  • M&A Manager will advise PFG management & Board on strategic reviews, acquisitions, disposals, mergers, leveraged transactions and finance raising
  • PFG is looking for a highly motivated manager to support with deal execution and deal origination
  • actively managing deal interface taking responsibility for managing all phases of the transaction cycle and deal execution
  • coaching and contributing to the development of finance support team members
  • set, source, monitor and control M&A project Pipeline
  • M&A Corporate Development Manager will work with the senior management team to assess, evaluate, and create financial models to produce valuations on prospective acquisitions of businesses and targets in the vertical of PFG business domain
  • this really is an all-round role
  • manage M&A projects including being the day-to-day point of contact for Sell side agents and Prospects

Requirements

  • extensive corporate finance experience in an investment bank, Management consultancy, Big 4 or mid-tier or private equity firm
  • ideally experience of working on transactions involving private equity
  • strong project management skills
  • ability to work on a range of projects simultaneously to demanding timetables
  • personal drive and integrity to deliver results within tight deadlines
  • commitment to high quality standards and a detail-oriented approach
  • independent thinker with the ability to identify problems and contribute to the development of solutions
  • significant transactional experience with a demonstrable track record of deal execution across all phases of the deal lifecycle from origination through to completion, particularly Buy side transactions
