to oversee the outsourced catering provider ensuring clear communication to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided
to actively participate in relevant trust processes including performance development
to oversee the School Bus policy management system ensuring that all staff receive and read relevant policies
to oversee the operation of the phone system, ensuring calls are dealt with promptly in a polite manner
to update and maintain the school website ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
to undertake relevant CPD as agreed with line manager and to attend relevant meetings
to manage the school budget providing regular reports to Headteacher and trust and highlighting any issues with the Headteacher and CFO in a timely manner
to work with the CFO to prepare the annual budget and regular forecasts throughout the year
