Responsibility
- the following are your primary responsibilities however you will be required to assist with other areas as your secondary role
- you will need to lead by example and motivate your team to achieve the desired objectives every time
- management of a small team of full-time riggers
- managing additional part time and external crew on larger build sites
- overseeing the erection and dismantle of our luxury marquees on site
- to take overall responsibility for the quality of installation/dismantle
- to liaise with the client and any subcontractors on site ensuring that their integration with
- as one of our site managers you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient construction and dismantle of our luxury marquees and venue installations ensuring the jobs are completed safely, on time and to a high standard of quality
Requirements
- full UK Driving Licence
- availability to work long hours including evenings and weekends as required
- you must be able to make your own way to and from our warehouse in Edenbridge
- marquee Rigging: 1 year
- event Industry: 1 year
