Responsibility
- responsible for delegating and organising the outdoor team to keep up excellent merchandising and maintenance of all outdoor products
- work according to a business/seasonal plan in order to reach the targets, and you will need to develop and implement new business initiatives when necessary
- liaising with existing and new suppliers to order & purchase according to budget, target, current stock and customer needs under the guidance of the manager
Requirements
- at least one year’s experience in a managerial position
- basic DIY knowledge
- experience in a customer service role
- garden maintenance knowledge
- excellent horticultural knowledge
- experience in an administrative role
- happy to get stuck in with physical work, and lead by example
