Responsibility

  • responsible for delegating and organising the outdoor team to keep up excellent merchandising and maintenance of all outdoor products
  • work according to a business/seasonal plan in order to reach the targets, and you will need to develop and implement new business initiatives when necessary
  • liaising with existing and new suppliers to order & purchase according to budget, target, current stock and customer needs under the guidance of the manager

Requirements

  • at least one year’s experience in a managerial position
  • basic DIY knowledge
  • experience in a customer service role
  • garden maintenance knowledge
  • excellent horticultural knowledge
  • experience in an administrative role
  • happy to get stuck in with physical work, and lead by example
