Responsibility

  • supporting the customer service and visual merchandising teams with redecoration, refitting, repairs, and services
  • conducting health, safety and fire safety inspections daily
  • meeting with sub-contractors and obtaining quotes to ensure works are carried out
  • co-ordinator of vehicle fleet, including arranging servicing and repairs
  • delivery and collection of goods safely, when required, and ensuring customer service is kept to a premium
  • co-ordinating with the Gardener, to ensure the grounds are well kept and maintained
  • assisting in event organisation, and set up of decorations etc where required
  • ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds and that works are carried out in compliance with the grade II listed status of the building
