Responsibility
- opening and closing the shop with keyholder responsibilities
- supplier and stock management. Placing orders, processing deliveries, paying invoices, monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate records
- food handling and packing, manual handling of heavy loads
- following all health and safety guidelines and PFL policies and procedures
- updating PFL shop procedures as needed with support from the PFL committee
- to support other staff member’s workloads and absence when needed
- providing excellent customer service to our community
- organising and prioritising daily and monthly activities for yourself and a team of volunteers, being a welcoming and safe person to speak to
