Responsibility

  • we are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our small team here at The Oyster Shack

  • alongside the kitchen and front of house teams, you will be a cornerstone of the kitchen team, delivering excellent food, flavours and service
  • restaurant and catering experience is essential, but we encourage all chefs of all ages to get in touch and tell us why you’re the right person for The Shack
  • working hours: 48 hours a week, split over 4 days
  • closing date: Sunday 10th September
  • going into our winter season, we have lots of exciting plans including monthly Tasting Menu events and would love to get someone on the team to get stuck in
