Responsibility
- the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is a key appointment, who will report directly into the F&B/Operations Manager
- to maximise any opportunities for increasing the revenue in the Food and Beverage outlets
- based in a stunning countryside location on the outskirts of Oxford, The Oxfordshire is a 4 Star Hotel, Golf club and Spa that is looking to appoint an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to work within the F&B Management team
- assume Duty Management shifts as required
- maintain excellent communication and working relationships with all departments
- with a keen eye for detail, they will ensure that the service standards exceed guest expectations, whilst delivering service in a professional and friendly manner at all times
- in conjunction with the F&B Manager, develop the team through continuous training, communication and motivation to maximise their potential and the success of the operation
- guest satisfaction is key and evaluation of this will be used to ensure the high standards are being maintained; making recommendations to the F&B Manager where necessary
