Responsibility

  • the ICT Administrator is a part-time role based at our Head Office, on the edge of the Lake District
  • reporting to the Head of Administration, the role is one of high quality and attention to detail administration
  • your role will provide general administration support mainly to the Course Administrator
  • answering phone calls
  • tasks will also include assisting the Head of Administration to maintain accurate HR records for all staff and processing financial administration
  • dealing with the incoming and outgoing post
  • this is an exciting time to join our team where no two days are the same
  • scanning relevant end of course paperwork
