- an amazing opportunity has arisen to manage a busy pastry retail kiosk at Bullring Shopping Centre in Birmingham
- organise stock and equipment, order supplies and oversee the kiosk maintenance, cleanliness and security
- plan and work to budgets, maximise profits and achieve sales targets set by head office
- manage, train and develop staff
- handle and oversee the monetary takings of the kiosk
- co-ordinate and manage staff scheduling and rotas, and motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets
- ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained and that the kiosk complies with health and safety regulations
- ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
