Responsibility
- communication with clients via email and online calls to gather financial information and address their queries
- maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients using accounting software
- reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- assist clients in developing financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting
- provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency and profitability
- assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including assessing their accounting needs and expectations
- taking client provided financial information and preparing financial statements and tax returns from start to finish ready for client signing and submission
- assist in the fee and service review process for existing clients
Requirements
- you’ll need to be a highly competent, driven senior accountant with a minimum of five years post-qualification experience in practice
- you’ll be organised and efficient, a lover of accuracy and have excellent analytical skills
- accounting: 3 years
