  • onsite electricity meter readings
  • liaise with contractors
  • monthly visits to sister site in Worcestershire

Requirements

  • sound knowledge and experience using a CRM or property management software
  • IT literate
  • H & S awareness
  • compliance knowledge
  • accounts experience would be beneficial
  • strong attention to detail
  • enthusiastic, motivated, reliable & trustworthy
  • sales administration: 1 year
