Responsibility
- understand your responsibilities in relation to the day-to-day management of the supported accommodation settings
- support, monitor and analyse staff’s professional practice to ensure they are delivering and maintaining the highest quality of support
- review and understand weekly/monthly costs in relation to the running of the home, petty cash, and other budget systems. Understand what is needed to ensure the young people’s needs are met
- monitor all staff’s compliance and practice in accordance with the Health and Safety policies and ensure these are in line with the law
- accountable to: Nominated Person, Executive Manager
- location of Service: Lambert Street, Hull, HU5 2SH and surrounding area

- complete recruitment and induction procedure of all new Starters
