  • the role’s working week is five days out of seven on a rota basis. With one weekend of four off
  • the right person must have a wealth experience in a customer facing management role, as you will be dealing with the general public throughout services on a day-to-day basis
  • 1.Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business
  • 2.To manage and motivate the team to deliver excellent service standards in all areas of the business
  • you must have previous experience of managing a team of staff, working alongside them well and a proven record of driving them to success, whilst maintaining a professional relationship
  • the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to think on their feet, finding solutions as and when problems arise
  • 3.Ensuring that the business is compliant with all relevant legal requirements and procedures and trade standards
