Responsibility

  • the working hours will vary but are normally in the evenings and will involve working weekends
  • interact with customers, take orders for drinks and Meals
  • plan and present bar menu
  • serve meals and drinks to the customer
  • here at The Old Mill Hotel we are seeking a team player and hard working individual, with exceptionally high standards and a keen eye for detail to take up the role of bar team member
  • check identification of the guest to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products
  • prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
  • assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
