Requirements
- proven experience in bartending and bar management
- strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including cocktails, wine, beer, and coffee
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food production and catering operations is a plus
- familiarity with hotel operations is an advantage
- supervising experience: 3 years
- restaurant management: 1 year
