Responsibility
- we are seeking a passionate and creative individual to head up our small, friendly kitchen team as a Chef/Manager
- as Chef/Manager you will
- be responsible for developing menus, sourcing ingredients and overseeing the daily preparation of food for the Bistro
- communicate with Front of House team
- the Oaks Golf Centre is a privately owned public golf course based in Carshalton. As part of the services we offer there is a Clubhouse with Bistro and Functions Suites
- handling inventory orders
- costing menus
- communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high quality meals to the customers in both the Bistro and Function Suites
Requirements
- managing a busy kitchen
- ability to work under pressure
- A keen interest in developing a menu and delivering the highest standard of meals at all times
- flexible with regards to working hours
- chef: 1 year
- cooking: 2 years
