Responsibility
- an exciting opportunity has risen for a highly motivated and passionate person to lead a room in our beautiful nursery setting
- the nursery room leader is responsible for the overall care and management of the nursery
- plan activities which are in line with current EYFS guidance
- lead a small team of staff to support, care and enable children to reach their full potential
- be an essential part of the leadership team which ensures the smooth daily runny of the nursery
- train and support other staff as well as induct new staff into the routines and high expectations of the nursery

Education
- GCSE or equivalent

- must have excellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, families, and the public
