  • provide support on technical accounting areas for a team of 5 people
  • ensure the practice is fully compliant with latest accounting and tax updates and with practice management requirements
  • analyse data
  • take the lead on AML and Practice Assurance compliance
  • be involved in projects to improve systems and processes within the practice, often looking at new software options; and to roll out new services to clients
