Working hours

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years’ experience of working in an outward facing financial processing role
  • accounting
  • AAT Level 2 qualification is desirable or a willingness to study for this qualification
  • bookkeeping
  • experience of working with high volume processing within a computerised environment and to deadlines
  • excellent people skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and to interact in a pleasant and professional manner
  • experience with WCBS PASS system would be an advantage
  • excellent level of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail

Responsibility

  • to scrutinise supplier invoices and staff expense claims prior to posting
  • to code invoices and expense claims for Nominal Ledger allocation and VAT processing
  • to code invoices, expense claims for Nominal Ledger code and VAT processing
  • filing and archiving as necessary
  • to undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Director of Finance &
  • to assist with the production of payment runs
  • to assist with inter-entity invoicing and reconciliation
