Responsibility

  • as the Chef and Cafebar Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the cafe team
  • you will be expected to oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including menu development, food preparation, and customer service
  • this is an exciting opportunity to manage a team in a unique and creative setting
  • the ideal candidate for this role will have significant experience working as a chef, ideally with a focus on plant-based cuisine
  • you will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • in addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards
  • A passion for sustainability and ethical food practices is highly desirable, as is experience with menu planning and inventory management
  • you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that the cafe meets its financial targets while also aligning with the gallery’s mission and values
