• to take an active role in promoting new ideas and improving department standards

• we are looking for someone to join our team, 30 - 40 hours per week hours a week - option to work more. includes weekends. Day shifts, serving breakfasts and lunches. with the occasional evening function.Hours dependent on functions and season
• provide good quality well presented food to club members and visitors
• to work in an efficient and timely manner to assist the team in meeting company standards for front of house, bar and dining room food
• to carry out all duties as directed by the Head Chef/ Club Manager and to ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to
