- ● Building excellent rapport and providing a thorough service to our clients
- ● Ensure that the level of service, as agreed with each client, is delivered in a timely manner
Requirements
- in order to perform the role, you will need the following skills and experience
- ● Able to build and develop strong relationships
- ● Previous experience as a Mortgage Administrator is preferred but not essential
- ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
- ● Provide exceptional client and customer service
- ● Organised and effective diary management
- ● Have a solid understanding of the FCA and The Mortgage Genie record-keeping requirements
