Responsibility
keying in customer information to the relevant sheets
providing customers with updates on applications
chasing solicitors to enable mortgages to complete on time
recording business onto Business Logs and In Partnership's website
checking files are compliant
supporting the Advisors and Managing Director with other general administration jobs
processing mortgage applications – inputting application details onto Lenders websites, generating KFI’s, uploading required documentation, following through to Mortgage Offer, following up with Solicitors post offer and giving them any required documentation, chasing completion
archiving old files – scanning on anything that has been missed, checking files are compliant, getting any extra documents required to make the file compliant, checking FCR to check information is present and correct then shredding the file
Requirements
