Responsibility
- conducting routine skin screenings and assessments
- ensure provision of high standards of care for patients
- maintaining accurate patient records
- collaborating with leading consultant dermatologists and plastic surgeons
- ensure compliance with relevant NICE Guidelines, BDNG Competencies and NMC Code
- enhance quality of care by assisting with the management of change in nursing practice based on evidence/research
- ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines
- plan and organise own workload in order to meet patient’s needs
Requirements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- required: Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and minimum 2 years post-qualification experience – dermatology experience not required
